As a host, what if someone doesn’t pick up?

Subscribers are responsible for picking up their orders during the scheduled day and time. While we understand that things come up, unclaimed boxes are usually donated after the pickup window.

Some locations with refrigeration may hold boxes a bit longer for true emergencies—but hosts are never expected to manage late pickups, especially at remote sites. It’s always the subscriber’s responsibility to pick up or send a friend.

Can I just host for my office/HOA/etc?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate drop sites at workplaces, HOAs, or other private locations. While public pickup sites tend to grow faster, we do support a few private drops that are limited to employees or residents only.

Do I have to help pack orders?

Nope—we pack everything for you! As a host, your role is to help facilitate pickups. That might mean checking names on the sign-out sheet and handing out the right bags, especially if someone has more than one.

Some locations run as “self-serve,” but it’s often helpful—especially in the early weeks—to have someone present to keep things smooth. As a subscriber, your job is simple: pick up your box and enjoy the good stuff!

How do people sign up?

Once you’ve got at least 15 interested subscribers, we’ll add your location to our ordering platform and work with you to promote it. We usually pick a launch date 1–2 weeks out to give folks time to register.

Subscribers sign up online, choose your location at checkout, and before you know it—your neighborhood is getting fresh, local deliveries every week!
