HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO A FARM BOX
Let’s be real – our subscription platform might not be winning any user experience awards. We get it, it’s a bit like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without instructions. But don't worry, we’ve got your back! We created this super straightforward tutorial to help you navigate the maze. Enjoy the ride… and remember, you're not alone in this adventure!
If you're starting a new subscription over the weekend before your desired delivery week, please be sure to read the 'Subscription Timing Note' just below the tutorial.
Subscription Timing Note
If you're subscribing after Friday around 10:30–11am, please note that your first Farm Box won't be created automatically for the upcoming week.
Here’s why:
Our system generates next week's boxes every Friday morning between 10:00–10:30am for all active subscribers. If you subscribe after that point, the system doesn't automatically make you a box… but don’t worry — this is totally fixable!
Our magical Farm Box Faerie (aka our human team member) can manually create your box — but she might not get to it until Tuesday morning.
Best Practice:
To guarantee your first box shows up without a hitch, subscribe before Friday morning the week before you'd like your first delivery.
That said, if it’s already past Friday around 10am the week prior to when you’d like your box:
Just place an à la carte order!
As long as you're subscribed, your next scheduled box will be generated automatically.
Or place a retail order and we’ll combine it with your subscription when we’re back in!
